Infrastructure
We have a fully facilitated infrastructure equipped with modern and sophisticated machineries. Our well equipped tool room has been been designed with focused agenda of design and development of new dyes as well as upgradation of existing dies. We have a full fledged manufacturing plant with CNC, VMCs, CNC wire cuts, TIG/MIG welding and conventional machines. We have a sophisticated design and development department with all the latest software, viz. Autocad, PRO-E, CATIA, SOLID EDGE, etc. operated by a team of engineers who work extensively in a closed loop.
Quality
We take consistent efforts in achieving quality benchmarks by adopting international methods of production and quality testing procedure. Our quality control process is mentioned below:
- PPAP - Product Part Approval Process
- Gauge Calibration and GRR (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility)
- Critical characteristics are monitored through SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Receipt, in-process inspection and final inspection is carried out in line with control plan
- Vendor Evaluation
- Product quality is assured throughout the manufacturing process.
